SKF Wheel Seal
Every mile a wheel end turns, the SKF Wheel Seal keeps hub oil inside the cavity and road contaminants like water and dirt out, doing that job continuously rather than only during service. It uses the PLUS XL lip design built for that dual-direction sealing task. The SKF 47691 is sized to the 4.767-inch shaft this hub uses, so the seal seats against the spindle at the correct contact point without an adapter sleeve. Choosing the seal sized to this exact shaft keeps that barrier intact instead of a seal riding slightly off-center.
