Meritor Wheel Hub
The Meritor Wheel Hub supports wheel mounting while housing internal components used in rotation and braking at the axle end. An integrated cup and exciter are built into the assembly, so the hub arrives with those wheel-end elements already combined. Its machined surfaces provide the contact areas needed for bearing placement and wheel attachment inside the axle system. The circular body turns with the assembly while carrying the load associated with the wheel end. The Meritor A 1 333P4228 is the wheel hub assembly used in this configuration.
