- Increases reliability - this upgraded intake manifold design features a deeper, more protective sensor shroud skirt and allows the MAP sensor to be located farther out of the path of EGR gases
- Saves time - cleaning soot buildup off a plastic manifold without damaging the manifold itself is time-consuming and difficult; replacement is a more efficient and effective repair
- Saves money - allows existing functional sensors to be swapped into the new manifold, vs. the OEM replacement which can only be purchased with the MAP sensor, IMRC motor, and both runner sensors
- Restores proper operation - engineered to help restore engine power to proper level and clear corresponding trouble codes, including P2020 and P200A
