Electronically operated, this EControls E2325300 regulator can respond to control commands instead of relying only on a fixed mechanical setting. Electronic control gives the fuel system a way to adjust pressure as operating conditions change, helping the injectors receive fuel within the range the calibration was designed around. A working regulator restores active pressure control without changing the rest of the fuel-delivery hardware.
