Baldwin Fuel Water Separator Filter
The Baldwin Fuel Water Separator Filter is the specified cartridge replacement for Detroit Diesel DD13 and DD15 engines equipped with Davco Fuel Pro processors. This Baldwin PF9804 unit utilizes "Seeing is Believing" compatible media, allowing operators to visually inspect fuel quality and level through the clear cover of the processor. Inside the housing, the fuel water separator filter cartridge effectively strips emulsified moisture from the diesel supply to prevent corrosion in high-pressure common rail systems. Its crush-resistant end caps maintain a positive seal against the center post, ensuring that no unfiltered fuel bypasses the media even under heavy suction loads. This robust design keeps asphaltines and tank sediment out of the injectors to support consistent engine power and fuel efficiency.
