Hendrickson Steering Tie Rod End Assembly
Restore precise steering response to your heavy-duty suspension with the Hendrickson Steering Tie Rod End Assembly. This component is built for front axle setups that use a 200 Ackermann steering layout, where correct wheel turn relationship is necessary to limit tire scrub during cornering. The stud is cut with 1-1/8 inch threads to provide a solid, high-torque connection to the cross tube under steering load. A purgeable grease boot surrounds the joint, allowing old lubricant and trapped grit to be pushed out during service. When this joint is tight and properly lubricated, the Hendrickson 76877-002 tie rod end assembly allows the steering linkage to move as a single unit.
