• Cylinder blocks are 100% bored and decked on CNC machining centers.
• Cylinder blocks are 100% pressure tested and cylinder bores are CNC diamond plateau honed.
• All connecting rods are de-magnetized and controlled for length.
• Core plugs are 100% replaced.
• Each cylinder block is ultrasonically tested
• All heads get new valves and are vacuum tested to ensure the quality of the valve job.
• Head deck is resurfaced to OEM specifications
• All heads are pressure tested.
• Crankshaft and camshaft are ground and micro polished to OEM specifications.
• Fuel system components are overhauled with OEM components and are bench tested by ADS Certified technicians.
• All Drop-in engines are tested on a computer controlled dynamometer

About This Engine:

The Deutz engine is a very strong engine. These engines are used in many makes and models of industrial and construction equipment.

Vehicle/Equipment Types:

The Deutz engine is used in many model types: Skidsteers, Excavators, Lifts, Ground Support Equipment and other Industrial applications. original Equipment Manufacturers include: Bobcat, New Holland, Gehl, JLG, BOMAG and others.

Configurations:

All Deutz engines are built to a Drop-in configuration that include fuel systems. Turbos are not included.

Warranty:

Pilot Engines warrants to the original buyer that every product will be free from proven defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months after installation. Pilot Engines warranty obligation will be limited, at our opinion, to repair or replace with another rebuilt engine. All warranty work must be preauthorized by Pilot Engines.

Dyno Test:

Every Drop-in engine undergoes a rigorous computer controlled dynamometer test. All critical performance measurements are taken to ensure the engine performs to your expectations.
