- Each unit is carefully identified, and completely disassembled to is core assembly. All core assemblies are cleaned and inspected to ensure core quality guidelines are meet before reassembly begins therefore reducing failure rate
- All component parts are quality tested against OE specification with the worn parts being reconditioned or replaced, to meet emission requirements and maximize engine performance
- The reassembled units are calibrated to OE specification, checked on the flow bench to validate flow, and checked for leaks before being packed.
- All our high pressure oil pump comes with new o-rings and copper seals to make installation easier and pain free.
