Hendrickson Quik-Align Pivot Bushing Kit
Axle alignment problems often start at the pivot point, and the Hendrickson Quik-Align Pivot Bushing Kit addresses that issue directly at the suspension hanger. This kit replaces worn pivot components with a high-density rubber bushing that controls axle movement during braking, acceleration, and uneven loading. Integrated Quik-Align collars allow precise toe and tracking adjustment during installation, making it possible to correct alignment without cutting, welding, or adding shims. Once set, the collars lock the axle position to prevent gradual movement that causes dog-tracking, where the trailer no longer follows squarely behind the tractor.
