National Seals Wheel Seal
The National Seals Wheel Seal is used on heavily loaded wheel-end systems that must preserve lubricant integrity while operating through wide thermal changes and abrasive roadway conditions. Designed with a 117.4 mm inner diameter, 152.6 mm outer diameter, and 21.3 mm width, this seal accommodates large axle assemblies commonly found on high-capacity trailers and rigs. Its nitrile lip includes a spring-loaded edge that provides consistent pressure against the shaft, while a unitized structure protects the primary lip from installation-related distortion. The seal incorporates patented SURE-LOCK® ribs on both the inner and outer rubber surfaces, helping prevent leaks caused by bore contamination or shaft surface irregularities.
