Meritor Wheel-End Thermal Warning Kit
The Meritor Wheel-End Thermal Warning Kit alerts drivers to excessive wheel-end heat to prevent catastrophic trailer axle fires. When wheel bearings fail, extreme friction heat can quickly liquefy the hub grease and ignite the tires on the highway. This genuine Thermalert system integrates seamlessly into your existing Meritor Tire Inflation System (MTIS). Drivers receive an immediate pneumatic pressure signal from the Meritor H197522 safety update well before thermal damage ruins the spindle.
