Fiat-Allis® and Fiatallis are two stylizations of the same name for the same brand. Fiatallis is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of automotive parts, specializing in heavy-duty equipment production. Its products are most commonly seen in use on construction projects. Fiat-Allis, on the other hand, was a joint venture under equal control of Allis-Chalmers and Fiat. Fiat invested far more in the Fiat-Allis than Allis-Chalmers did. In 1985, Fiat bought out Allis-Chalmers ultimately and renamed the brand to Fiatallis. Since a large number of Fiatallis equipment and vehicles are still in use today, a wide array of Fiat-Allis parts are made available for customers' replacement and repair needs.
