| Product Description | ACDelco GM Original Equipment Motor Oils are designed, engineered, and tested to rigorous standards, and are backed by General Motors. These motor oils are specifically designed to help improve engine cleanliness, and performance with their high-quality base stocks. They help support the functionality of your engine within several facets, from helping provide lubrication to minimizing wear and friction between moving parts. Furthermore, they meet Dexos1 specifications resulting in high resistance to oxidation, excellent low-temperature flow and pumpability during early-morning cold start-ups, and excellent protection against formation of sludge and other harmful deposits. Synthetic motor oils offer protection against wear and viscosity loss due to shear, deposit control, cold weather performance, and oil consumption helping to maximize engine life. Additionally, they meet Gen 2 engine oil specification, which is the General Motors' OEM engine oil specification.
