Mandatory Palo, CA Change - Effective January 1, 2022
The Palo Alto, California, minimum wage will increase to $16.25 per hour on January 1, 2022, and the city has updated its minimum wage poster to show the new rate. View our Recent Updates and Requirements report for details. The revised poster's anticipated ship date is November 15, 2021

• Meets requirements of Chapter 4.62 City-wide Minimum Wage Regulations
• Required for all employers within the Palo Alto city limits
• Employers shall pay employees no less than the minimum wage for each hour worked within the geographic boundaries of the city
• Employers are required to post a notice in the workplace informing employees of the current minimum wage rate and of their rights
• Every employer shall post such notices in any language spoken by at least 5% of the employees at the workplace or job site
• Notice should be posted in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where any employee works
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Laminated poster measures 11.75" W x 20" H
