Track Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Click on the tracking number and follow the instructions to get the up to date information on your shipment.
Shipping and Freight
When you complete your order and select your preferred shipping method you will be given the freight costs to ship your order. Because many manufactures may not have the freights available, we are in the process of updating weights as quickly as possible. Your order will not be complete and your Credit Card will not be charged, until we have emailed you with the actual freight costs for your approval. If your order needs to be shipped by Common Carrier, or any other method, we will have to assess the freight charges and email you for the authorization. We will 3rd party charge Freight and work with your preferred carrier if requested.

If you receive an incorrect part and FinditParts had made a shipping error, we will pay the return freight as well as the freight cost to re-send the product ordered.

Customer Error or Identification Error
As long as the part was not special ordered, we will accept returns. You must receive a RGA for credit to be issued. The freight charges will be at the customers expense and a 15% restock fee will be assessed, unless instructed otherwise.
You may exchange a part within 30 days of your purchase. You must fill our RGA form and be pre-authorized in order to make a return for Exchange. All parts must be in the original manufacturers box in order to receive credit for an exchange. Credit will not be issued if the part has been determined to have been installed, misused or in unsalable condition. Any part which is not eligible for a credit will be returned if at the customer?s expense. Parts being exchanged for credit must be received by us first before we ship the parts you want. We will not cross-ship parts.
Any defective return must be pre-authorized using our RGA. Once you have been given the authorization, credit will not be issued until it has passed inspection and if need be, inspected by the original manufacture. We strive to be customer friendly and will be as cooperative in assisting in the evaluation of the defective part.
We will pay you to ship the incorrect product back to us. We will ship the correct one at our expense as soon as we receive the incorrect one from you. We will not cross-ship parts.
