Return Policy
FinditParts will issue credit for returned goods within 15 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. It is the policy of FinditParts that you must request and fill out a RGA form in order for a credit to be issued (See RGA Section). Once you receive the authorization for the return, please follow the instructions and ship the product to the warehouse indicated on your paperwork. You must include a copy of the RGA with the shipment and write the RGA on the outside of the box. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of our receipt of your returned goods; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).
Special Orders
Any part that has been special ordered from the manufacturer will not be eligible for return.
Condition Policy for Returned Goods
Any part you have been given authorization for return, and is within 15 days of purchase; must be in its original box. The product must be new and in salable condition and cannot be returned if the part was installed, or modified. Credit will not be issued if the part has been determined to have been installed, misused or in unsalable condition. Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customer on request at the customer's expense. All returns are subject to a 20% restockage fee.
RGA (Return Goods Memo)
An RGA must accompany all returns and exchanges before they will be accepted in our warehouse and it must be clearly visible on the outside of the package. RGAs are valid for a period of 21 days from authorization. Merchandise sent to us without an RGA or with an expired RGA will be refused. See our return and/or exchange policies before calling or emailing for your RGA. Click the RGA link to fill out the required forms, and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.
