Miami-Dade County, Florida, has made a mandatory change to the Living Wage for Service Contracts posting to update the wage rates that will be in effect between Oct. 1, 2021, and Sept. 30, 2022. - Employers of county service contractors must post a notice advising employees of the county's Living Wage rates
- Must be posted in a prominent place where it can easily be seen by the employees at the site of the work
- Trilingual: English, Spanish and Creole
