Deep Extrusion Header: Our deep extrusion header provides a stronger tube to header joint which is more resistant to the effects of vibration and thermal tube expansion.
Reinforcement Rib: Tubes feature a reinforcing rib to increase material strength.
7 Layer Packaging: Each charge air cooler is packaged in a heavy duty, 7 layer corrugated box to ensure best protection during transit.

Header Plate Bond: We use a wider angle header plate bond to eliminate the risk of header cracking
