- This tool works great for clamping flexible coolant, fuel, vacuum and brake lines or hoses up to 1/2in. (13 mm) in diameter. It has a unique lever action design with adjustable lock for maintaining clamp force at virtually any diameter. The clamp is constructed of chrome-plated steel for years of use, and has a molded comfort grip. Numerous domestic applications especially GM beginning in early 1990s through current year. Also some Mercedes, Jaguar, and Ford.
Founded in 1971, Mityvac® manufactures automotive diagnostic, service, and repair tools used primarily for brake and clutch bleeding application and cooling system evacuation or refill application.
