- All cylinder heads go through a rigorous 10-phase inspection and manufacturing process
- Each phase is documented and signed off on by trained quality assurance technicians
- All guides are replaced with NEW GUIDES
- All springs are replaced with NEW SPRINGS
- All cam bearings are replaced with NEW CAM BEARINGS
- All threaded holes are re-threaded to ensure ease of installation
- During the 3-angle valve seat machining process, each head is vacuum tested with the valved installed to assure perfect valve seat sealing
- After final assembly each head is again inspected for clean threaded bolt holes, surface finished and final inspection sign off
