HYATT part description

BEARING CONE

Backed by more than a century’s worth of expertise, Hyatt® Roller Bearings are among the most respected brands in the industry. It was founded in 1982 by its namesake, John Wesley Hyatt, who invented one of the earliest types of steel roller bearings for use in sugar mills. Notable for their durability and efficient design, the bearings proved to be a success and were later developed for use in automobiles with Ford, Oldsmobile, and General Motors becoming their first adopters. Today, Hyatt, under the SKF bearing company, remains a popular brand with seven out of 10 trucks rolling across American roads using at least one type of its roller bearing.
